re: seller/sellers? one of the things I have learnt from being a professional trader is that the market can be so slow, and it is especially the case for spec stocks, and that is why I find playing spec stocks can be actually safer then Blue chips, as far as risk/reward is concerned.

AGU is a no brainer and the cheapest entry to Peak hill as the following figures show; Note this is a simplistic valuation

    AGU
    Shares 297mill
    Options 113mill 3.5cents
(have left out the 70mill partly paid shares as you basically have to pay 2cents to get them converted to fully paid shares)

    Fully diluted 410mill = $8.2mill
    Peak hill(30% interest)l = $2.46mill per 10% of peak hill market value

    PDY
    Shares 1.3billion
    Options 389million 2cents
    55mill 4cents
    667cent million 1cent
    22mill 1.5cents

    Fully diluted 2.4billion = $38.4 million

    Peak hill(70% interest) = $3.84mill per 10% exposure

So PDY trading 1.5times the value of AGU so based on a 1.6cent closing price AGU (note solely based on its equity of peak hill) should be trading @ 3cents

Of course you got to factor in chinese 3.5cent placement potential for PDY etc , but the market doesnt stay asleep for long.

Please note this is a very simplistic valuation, as always do your own research.
