That announcement indicates to me that some concerned shareholder contacted ASIC about this issue and made them seek answers to these questions in a formal company response.
I am sure MUN has already fielded a number of enquiries on this from shareholders.
It may well be a case of Crista or bust. At least they also have some spare cash as well, but if Crista were to be further delayed then actually meeting the projections contained in MUN's response could prove critical. I think someone here said MUN is on a knife-ege, and I agree with them.
If you are really feeling the heat then sell out and buy back in later when Crista is operational, if you are still interested. You may have to pay more when buying the shares back, but at least you will have spared yourself from a possible further fall in the share price or even total loss.
Them are the risks of investing in speccies. It can be very painful.
