Prac Acct should know the formula for Market Cap.It's Share PricexNumber of shares on Issue.

So one must balance the Increase in Shares on Issue with possible Price Rise to 'target' AQR getting to $200mil++ in Market Capitalisation.

eg IF Joint Venture DOUBLES current Shares issued that's about 120mil more for a total 240mil on Issue so to have a $200mil Market Cap,share price would be 83cents.
Of course Shares on Issue could be 240mil# but Market Cap is higher --->Share Price Higher.
