Better than expected news with this year being a crucial one from a debt perspective.

The major debts have been rolled and at a risk competitive rate.

The approach of waiting to ride the investment cycle is paying off. The rolled debts also shows that insolvency is a far and distant concern for the lenders. I guess the recognise having centro as a customer makes more sense than selling all the assets in a soft market.

Now it is time to get past the class action which is the only one that affects the company.
