Values of European propery is still more of a risk then of Japan ( IMO)

Orbis and other will not be supporting AEZ anymore , this SP will drift lower. May be at some point some sellers realize it is silly to sell but untill such time ....( Orbis is close to Takeover limit 20% and others can not buy becouse of risk and can not wait) ( IMO )


IMO again, Macro econimic factors will determine the survival especially for AEZ;
