wouldn't go there with a bargepole - too many stories and even if you take a certain amount of BS factor, it sounds too precarious to consider going there for months before it shuts and no redundancy (or at least til it gets sold)
been there, done that, didn't like it one bit (esp during Ni price crash during the GFC!!)
