No problem with TERP. It's what happens afterwards when all the shares get issued and start being traded that I'm talking about. Most speculative shares drift down in situations like this unless something else happens to stimulate demand.
In the case of TAM, yesterdays announcement will help sustain the price but as it is still somewhat speculative (though with great potential), there may still be a downward pressure once the new shares are issued.
