My advice is to wait for the a better offer be it Paladin or someone else. It will come at the 11th hour as most revised offers do. If Paladin they will try a revised script offer, then if that doesn't generate interest perhaps a script/cash.
All Gets Complicated for PDM if their SP starts to fall also. If PDM Share price falls then so does the value of the offer.
If someone new materialises we will get into a bidding war and I feel PDM are desparate maintain this slice of the Niger U Pie.
It may in fact backfire on PDM. They have a 22.5% stake already but I have seen takevers go unconditoal after a holding of 50% only after some time. So PDM cannot block it.
If another bidder comes in then strap yourself in as we could be in for a steep rise in the form of quantum steps upwards.
Anyone remember PES Pure energy CSG Gas. Got bid up several times. From $1 to $8 I think. Not saying it will happen here but you never know...

PS: I think they pre-released the announcement yesterday to guage shareholder reactions then made their ann today.
