So lets make a list of other potential suitors for NGM's Niger U deposit.

1. FTE - Already operating in africa and a U Play based in Oz

2. AEE - Just defined a maiden 290m lb U resource this morning and also has a tenement in the Tim Mercoi Basin to the west based in Oz.

3. Toe - Maybe

4. Areva (French U Giant)owner of Imouraren & Arlit U mines 50km to the north - After all the tenement was theirs prior to it getting reallocated by the Govt. So they know it intimately.

5. Others ??

Yes I think Areva may be the one to run the Ruler over NGM just in case. I'd say they already have given how close it is. They also have the financial clout to out jump PDN's current and more importantly its future bids. If I was Areva I would want to control the area.
