And its that upside is what PDN is after, PDN knew when to strike and they weren't going to when NGM was 15-20c when PDN last did their cap raise and stated they were after more plays.. writing was on wall for minnows that there was going to be downward pressure on either DLY OR NGM, when have you seen a share price run up to new highs then a take over offer comes out? Suitors seem wait for right timing these days.
