I would assume NGM holders will be clever enough to wait for a better offer. Also takeovers that get done on 1 single bid are pretty rare lets wait for another better bid or a premium to be offered.

Never ceases to amaze me that people get offered a 15c takeover and sell for 13.5c ie today. Takes all kinds. Some just que up to give their money away.
