I wonder what happened to the two companies that had agreed to funding terms with FWL in late 2008. Negotiations were put on hold due to the GFC but nearly two years later, it is like those negotiations and discussions never happened. There was also a MOU with Dongbu Steel in 2007 but we never heard anything more on that front either.
