MOS have been ambushed by a much bigger and smarter operator. Legally, AGL's bid is final - they cannot increase it.
Given the Board's acceptance of the 15 cent offer any counter offer would be no greater than 15.5 cents anyway.
Now 99.9% certain 15 cents is all we will get which is a big shame.
