That first one I answered already but Ill put it very plainly: no, the Company did not know AGL was going to make an offer until after hours on the 30th June, and we released that information the next morning when the markets opened.
Over the past 18 months, Mosaic has been in discussions with a number of companies in the industry about an underground gas storage deal (this isnt a secret; if you view our presentations lodged with the ASX youll see weve been very forthcoming about our excitement over the gas storage). These discussions and negotiations are always confidential and non-binding, up until the point that a firm, written offer is in hand (such as the one we got from AGL on the 30th June).
