You buy the share at 2.7c..lets say you buy 5000 shares
Gives you the RIGHT to buy another 6000 shares at 1.2c. Still have to buy the share. So its not a free share. If you dont want the right..you can trade the right or give it up completely..

So alot of the grievances are the current shareholders who have lost basically 50% of the value of their shares unless they ( oops I mean WE) take up our right and put more money in..

If you are entering now I think its a good buy. The company will be debt free (except that they have mentioned a credit facility should they need to borrow more for Central Tanami), and in good position to advance its aims. If you are a current shareholder it sucks
