fury ?, page-5

Hey guys i went over the last ann from 07/06 and found a paragraph that may be the reason for the delay.
This was a quote in the last ann on fury from 7/06/10
"Plans are advanced in a SUCCESS CASE for an extended test case and pipeline tie back to the Mirage facilities which is located 5.3km away" Could this be the reason for delay.
Thoughts anyone.
PS:On VPE HC someone said there's been 40ml of rain aswell. Nothing like a sun burnt "boggy" country.
