Mate very disappointing indeed..

Perhaps though it may be a bit less likely to drift towards 1.5c because the funds are being raised from existing shareholders..Will still probably drift downward way but anyone wanting to put more money into it with the current offer is a little less likely to sell immediately

Did RAU do a CR with shareholders too?

I think the big winner is Allied.. Big interest payments and also picking up all unclaimed entitlements at 1.5c..but I suppose they will make sure Tanami always has finance to do what it wants to achieve and that comes at a price. A big price it would seem. My major reservation is the extent of control now with this big company.

Its still a great story..ABU and projected productions very achievable but in the mid term. With huge exploration up sides who knows the future..
However the way its been played out is heartbreaking in the short term.
