I just sent an email to a friend (which shows my thinking):-
"This is strange...given that Riversdale have about $250m in cash available. They don't need to raise further capital.
From past expereince, the shareprice will usually move towards whatever price the capital raising was at (at least in first few weeks followign the capital raising)
If new shares are issued by RIV to the capital provider at say $10/share then the shareprice will usually come back to $10.
Depends now on the quality of the party providing the capital. "
