I did vote no as well, for what it was worth.

Because, if anyone looked at the total votes in favour, and also looked at the total shares loaned by NAB, one can figure out that we were just cannon fodder and victims of these so called good and level playing field. YEAHH..!!!

Disgracefull is not the word. And IMHO the ASX should deserve all the flacks and kicks in the backside that they will get, when another Regulator will come into the scene/play.

Another show of disappointing Apathy was also shown in the amount of votes that weren't casted at all. IMHO, and from my calculation, about 400million shares weren't voted at all. And that to me is a real show of apathy and don't care attitude.

Anyway, let's see what will unfold next. But, one thing is for sure though. And that is, that I am not going to trust this Board and Management any more, and will not be a long term holder in Companies that they will control and manage anymore.
And, as soon that I will see an appreciation of my Dart shares, I will get out.
