    I would say today could be the last day of major selling for the rights issue if everyone is on the same T+3 deal. Selling today means the funds wouldn't clear until Monday night which would be just enough time to make the Tuesday deadline. Each day that passes this month, things should get progressively better for TRF, with announcements due as well.
