Fair enough, they may have had trouble doing the placement, hence the options. But for such a small placement, hardly seems worth it.

Just to clarify, I do not like this placement like everyone else, however if they need some cash to tie them up until the sale of TZ, then fair enough. I still have faith in the current management team to deliver at the end of the day which is why I take this view.

Obviously trust does come into it quite a bit on these matters, but at some point of time they will have to deliver. Lets see what happens over the next couple of months, and hopefully everything will be much clearer.

For the record, I did contact Ken directly about my concerns with cashflow in light of the recent jv, and appreciated his feedback.

With regard to KEYs communication style, you know my view on this.
