I think likely to get it in this political environment imo, the Italian socialist have been running an agenda there for a few years and have seized the BP disaster to deliver the coup de grace. Even if it doesn't get up, the next time the government changes it will be put up again. Lost cause.

What are the estimated values for TZ? Conservatively I think KEY can get $3-4m for it. Market certainly seems to be pricing it at that level.
