Sorry mate, but I have to say you are being naive if you believe that, just have a look at what his salary package is.
He will string this job out for as long as he can, why do you reckon he has his mates on the board with him?
This latest announcement on the OZ deal is typical of his management style, stuff all information on the project to the shareholders and not one word as to how they intend financing the project!!!
