Need to get rid of awesome and kenny's that are cash intensive and not generating decent return; and focus on vertical integration across their other businesses.

They have written down a lot of their value now, so hopefully can find a buyer for these units.

As for what's left after that, theres loads of $$ margins in coffee, and they have a roaster etc, so can take the full margin from green to consumer.

Baskin provides cash flow for V&H expansion, with coffee leading the way.

dunno, i was backing them, but too much politics it seems. They can make $$, IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT in this space. Just need to clean out all the dead wood, get some good franchise business operators in and put all the crap of the last couple of years behind.

If they deliver their profit target of $5m, then it's a decent underlying cash result (ex non-cash goodwill writedowns). Just no more stupid integration/over valued acquisions of non-related businesses (eg awesome).

Focus on growth areas where there are good margins and underlying social trends (coffee) and turn this puppy around.
