Just FYI I asked IG Melbourne yesterday and they didn't know. Asked me to call back after 4.30 when London would take the call - they would know.
So I did and sat on the phone for a coupla thousand years until their foremost advanced charts lad decided the call would cost too much and they would email me. I had explained that ichi was on their charts logo advertising worldwide and they should do a recall if they couldn't make it work;)
Gets up today and there's an email telling me they just don't have that capability, sorry, and no refund buddy.
But you can do it - maybe we should sell IG the tip?
I still don't know how to make it happen but...
