Your posting shows obvious issues with this broker/company and I don't know enough to argue. The COY float by New Guinea seemed a bit opportunistic and a bit of a steep mark-up for the poor IPO punters but I suppose back in 2008 ... 'if the ducks are quacking you feed them' lol. Buyer beware as always and 9 cents with a great bullseye target and Barrick spending $20M is obviously a better bet than what was floated.
Regards PNG dual listing it will be of little consequence to liquidity on the ASX and not a great many shares anyway IMO. Lets see what transpires there. The major shareholder selling down is an issue for sure and it looks like they badly need cash from running my knuckles over their most recent accounts. I think if a discovery of consequence is made that this overhang will be taken off the ask or a home quickly found for it.
Agree with the need to be careful, liquidity is poor and as always management is guilty until proven innocent. I am waiting to see why Barrick was so keen to deal themselves in.
