I don?t normally agree with dapper4343, but I tend to agree with him on this point. Ken appears to be well and truly entrenched in his management style and it appears on the surface that he has no consideration for his shareholders in his efforts to take the company forward. He has been at the helm for over 3 years now and his style has not waivered at all.

Having been a holder for nearly 3 years myself, I believe we need a fresh approach to take KEY forward.

The sad point is, that whilst his team may be all working very hard, he is doing them no favours in they way he markets the company.
