I guess its the reality presented by this deal that is disappointing rather than the terms.
Albers had the personal financial capacity to keep MOG's credit line open until new funds could be raised at a higher sp, say 1 month before Artemis spud.
He didn't choose that option and that says something.
Obviously he thought the partial sale of a probable duster was more prudent.

Anyway, it confirms the "fair market value" of MOG's remaining 10% stake which is USD14mil or AUD16.8mil at FX 0.83. That equates to 5.8cps at 288mil shares.

I guess we'll have around AUD7mil net cash end of June qtr and after paying off the credit line.
Questions are, will he blow it all on Cornea ?
Do we like Cornea's prospectivity, or is it long shot better reserved for the majors with deep pockets.
