I'm with you mate.

This is definately the most undervalued REIT on the market at the moment. We are definately running against the herd but let me tell you this will make the success and beer that I will be enjoying in Europe in 2 yeas time on my 40th all the more sweet.

The key is that our rental covers interest at the moment and this is occuring. The business is a sustainable operation and you do not sell such assets in a down cycle. The banks will realise and respect this fact.

Patience is our friend.
