    AUT have suggested infill leasing will increase holdings by 10% total. Longhorn increase was 10% so far so quite probable to see a similar increase across all AMIs including Sugarloaf. If so, this immediately adds 10% to any valuation for ADI and good to see that the farmin agreement allowed JV partners to join in the increased acreage.
