nsw budget - record 4.7 billion for roads, page-2

I noted in a local rag today,Brisbane city council in its budget is upgrading roads around Brisbane .
Good call on road projects buc, looks like its happening at local ,state and federal levels.
Call me a pessimist but i still think there is a good chance SRH will not declare a dividend this year,until new work comes through,then IMHO,2011they will start dividends again.
I would be happy to be wrong and they start dividends this year.
