Im thinking they will finish the Mungana Plant for base metals at some stage. However, the key issue would be ore supply. They would probably have to reopen the dry river south mine and possible develop King Vol to supply enough ore to both Mt Garnet and Mungana. This combined with finishing off the plant would require substantial capital as well as ramping up the workforce by say 50%. I think they will wait until the market is clearly recovered before expanding.
