The estimates I've seen put Oseil at 60 mmbo recoverable. Call it worth $600m, so 2.5% of that is worth $15m.
Thus, depending on your assumptions, Oseil is worth 0.8-1.2 cps, depending on how much you discount it for being in Indonesia etc.
Ian Whitchurch, who links LIO is about right-valued at the moment
