business means ... more flights and flexibility. It means your meeting can go 15 minutes late, you get to the airport, missed your flight, and dont have to wait 2 hours for the next one. Qantas does it well with their very high number of flights on the Sydney - Melbourne route, and many other routes.
Same, but to lesser extent, on international routes. At least one flight a day or more to major destinations. Qantas runs multiple flights/day on Sydney-L.A.. Singapore Airlines runs 3 flights/day to Singapore.
It also means convenient/quick checkin, shorter queues - and so this requires more checkin staff and/or better technology.
