I would venture to say that they were also subsidaries of Vic Pet or companies buying for them.
If you look at the substantial notice below the top 20 VPE are listed at 6.73% still yet Berne have 8.37% according to the list above. They haven;t fixed that up.
It hasn't added up for some time but will come out in the wash once they stop buying which I think is about now.
They would have to be in serious discussion with ITC I would expect at this point.
