IMO it's bizarre given the state of the play, and the forthcoming news. You may even go so far as to brand it completely incompetent. Of course the market would take the share price of ADI directly up to .40c, and to not think that there would be trading above this during a time where ADI may release to the market all manner of news regarding its production.... I just don't get it. Why waste everybody's time at .40c? Reminds me of those people that go round trying to buy unsuspecting investors' shares for half their value, but in this case, they're trying to take over the company.
