    Truly devastating Nearly lost half the Market Cap. I toped up at 1.20ish thinking it would be the bottom.

    I think the primary concern is the 140 M debt (net debt 87.3 M). Maybe there is a risk of breaching the loan covenants. Aside from this issue, I cant see why a moderate short term earnings downgrade would trigger such a slide.
