Surandy, if that's the case,and concerned they couldn't cough up their share of cost's ,why didn't they issue the 70mil shares in Feb, they could have raised enough to cover 20% of drilling costs.
I would of prefered a share dilution and kept our finger in the Tanzanian pie, instead of walking away and starting from scratch.
Why sell an asset that has so much potential.
