I guess I have to make my point again: The ADI BOD has nothing to do with the outcome of the offer or its final price.

The offer from AWE is unconditional: either take it or leave it.

THe ADI BOD can be as sad as they want, harp all they want, of jump up and down and complain that the offer is toooooooooooo cheap. Tough luck.


They will also be worried about their own jobs as well as the offer document doesn't say which one or ones will stay so you can also count on them (At least the ones that won't be staying!!) to be negative on the offer.

Gee, this is almost fun!! Now the ADI knows how it feels to be in the ordinary shareholder's shoes......guess what goes around comes around.........!!!!!!
