sushi i havent drank enough water to have a contest with you, but some good healthy debate is cool if we keep it civil
BOD in my opinion has a directive to do the right thing by the company far significantly more then to treat instos and privates equally in a cap raising.
We currently have no idea, possibly becasue its commercially sensitve of why they raised and whether the nature of it was appropriate or not. SPP take time and money. Time will tell. Dont get me wrong i hate most CR's but till we find out just wait on a bit.
Point 2 , i agree timing was poor.
Point three the other reason is they have 10 free carried wells and double the acerage. Whether they can drill fast enough to retain that ??, but its now so valuable they could easily to a deal to attain massive value for shareholders.
Your not the only one harping, but i am concerned that your investing money and cannot see the differenc in the company now compared to 6 months ago.
Horizontal drilling and the high NPV's per well, high flows is a reality, it has arrived and is producing flows to sales.
We cant control the oil or gas price, we cant control the capital raisings. Play the deck thats in front of you. Learn from your mistakes. If you still believe managmentis innept (this is not advice) but i would get the hell out at all cost. I dont believe they are innept and i dont belive anyone should get out. But why leave money on the table to dissapear if you believe this.
Go find a company you think will grow.
