"We pay big money to management, why assume they are fools!"
Well you said it, but the proof is in the pudding.
As I have stated before the cap raising was ill timed, badly allocated, and at a rotten price.
The share price has been decimated because of it and wiped out TWICE in market cap of what they raised.
Those actions speak quite loud.
I'll also point out that the JV has been trumped time after time by people on the Internet releasing information about ops.
Yet they still maintain that this 'information' is baasically 'top secret' and would hurt the JV. IMO that is total and complete you know what. IMO their responces or non-responces to my emails show their complete and utter disregard for ordinary shareholders.
The JV has created nothing but uncertainty and a bad taste in the mouths of many by the cap raising and the history of poor information releases. These actions have hurt the share price and basically shot themselves in the foot.
If these actions don't fit the definition of the word in your post then I don't what does.
And by the way there were lots of companies that saw their share price hit during the GFC comeback and it had absolutely nothing to do with managements or their actions.
