Just look at this insanity in ELK today (for the record i do not hold) 75 trades today, total volume 5,125 shares, total value of the volume = $680. Average trade value for each of the 75 transactions is $9.06. I see grannies at the RSL playing more $ per game on a multi reel poker machine. The ASX needs to get itsef a casino license if it wants to continue operating like this, their rules clearly state a marketable parcel is $500 unless mopping up an order. 75 trades scattered through the day is not mopping up an outstanding order, it's all about controlling the price. Absolute disgrace, and this must go to the highest authority in the country immediately. I've just about had a gutsful, this is really stressing me out as all my stocks are down heaps anyway, this caper is just making them go downer (apologies to Alexander) Like the Marilyn Monroe movie goes, SOMETHING'S GOT TO GIVE. This kind of trading is good for NO ONE except the rorting insto's that dont pay brokerage on each trade like we all have to. Anyone who is sick of me repeating myself in every thread about BOTS i show up in, just put me on ignore (that's sympathetic to the BOT cause brokers that read Hot Copper)
