    I think it has moved solidly for 2 reasons:
    - the substantial holding notices indicates the broker still thinks the deal is a goer
    - CEY are cranking (up 20%) as a mystery purchaser just bought 10% of the company at $5 which is about a 25% premium to the closing price......thus coal stocks are still the flavour!
