    Only good if VGH is sold. Otherwise:
    * Equity issue to replace debt and distribute to doctors, which will dilute existing shareholders
    * Lower margins from higher doctor renumeration.

    However, I figure bad news has to be already built into the shareprice. Even with a doubling of equity I see this as a 70c stock.
