nope, AWE just took up their share to maintain their % shareholding.
That is if the 15% were issued to other shareholders AWE share would have been diluted by the extra shares on offer (basically what has happened to you and me). So ADI (or Hartley) offered AWE to buy their SHARE of the 15% to maintain status quo.
Don't think any take offer would come from an Australian company and it is probably to early for that. However, if those fracs are successful I think ADI will get more and more de-risked.
