true 53% of doctors not signing up is the worst case scenario, but the balance of the doctors have still 18monts to go, I'am sure Craig is talking to them now, and surely majority will singe, they are all on a good deal ,they would be crazy not to singe up, if anyone has worked with specialists would know they are passionate about their work,but hopeless business men! VGH gives them best of both world.
