RAW has 71m shares so approximately 8 cents of their market cap is their shareholding in KEA. So at 23 cents - 8 cents = 15 cps or $9m (After cash) for their stake in Wingrove....
This compares to KEA market cap of $A160m for 40% of Wingrove.....
So like for like RAW would be $4.26
