Might be by issue to a company as has AZZ on a number of occasions.It hasn't hurt their price too much although there is an obvious dilution.They might even manage a premium issue as there are believers in the Eagle Ford in the US. If they could issue 20 million for a good price there would still be only 167 million on issue. We don't need a cheep issue to the so called "sophisticated investors". That would cause the price to tank!!They might then keep the Yemeni lease which I have always favoured for further blue sky appeal.
