I think from memory they had $4.8 mil in cash on the quarterly just released. Of that $1.1 mil is held in escrow for a requirement of the Yemen project so they really only have $3.7 mil cash available.
Don't think it will be at a big discount and maybe at a premium given what we now know about the project.
