If it is going to happen, and I sincerely hope not, there would have to be a consolidation. Otherwise, by the time the Directors and Management award themselves a heap of shares and a heap of incentive options, the share registry will run into billions of shares, lol.
And, if they award themselves 100,000,000 options and shares, will always sound worse than awarding themselves 10,000,000 options and shares.
